Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Stitched orders can not be returned, however if there is a fault on AIK's part it can be returned back and fixed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In an infrequent case that a damaged or faulty item was delivered, you can request assistance by contacting our Customer Service team, who will arrange everything for you.
Cash refunds are not applicable and only store credit or exchanges are applicable in the rare case a refund is demanded.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For International orders, AIK ATELIER is not liable to any duties or taxes issued by your government on arrival of our goods.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
