ORDERS AND SHIPPING
Since Stitched orders are customized and minor changes are made to the sizes, 50% Advance payment has to be made for stitched orders. (Applicable to Local Orders)
Advance paid stitched orders cannot be cancelled if 7 working days have passed since they are already under process.
Customers are advised to transfer the 50% amount and send a screenshot to AIK's customer service number at +92321 5245245
We can then process the order.
Upon placing your order, you will receive email updates about your order status. In order to make sure you continue to receive our emails please add our email address to your address book. Below are examples of emails you may receive:
Order Confirmation. This email confirms that we have received your order. The order number will be included.
Shipment Confirmation. This email confirms that some or all of your items are shipped. You may receive multiple Shipment Confirmation emails, if items are shipped separately.
Order Cancellation. This email provides you with important details on what items have been cancelled off your order after following our Order Cancellation policy.
Returns Processed. This email confirms your returned item has been processed and refund issued after following our Return Policy. In case of a return please estimate a few days per your bank to see refund posted in your account.
When you shop on aik.com.pk and add an item to your bag, it is saved for your purchase. Items in your Shopping Bag will remain until they are purchased, removed or moved to your Wish list or Saved Items. Options in the Shopping Bag:
Review your order.Review the details of your order before you proceed to our secure checkout.
Update order quantity. Simply increase or type the desired quantity next to the item and click "Update Bag" if you wish to update the order quantity.
Remove an item from your bag.Select the item and click "Remove from Bag" or change the quantity to zero and click "Update Bag."
Return to Shopping.
Proceed to Checkout.
Move items to your Saved Items.
All orders are delivered by Leopards Courier, Call Courier, Trax or Swyft Couriers. When placing your order kindly ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.
When your order is dispatched we will send you a confirmatory email. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. We will ensure to send your order as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions.
Free shipping applies to all orders placed within Pakistan with a standard delivery time of 3-5 business days for Unstitched Orders and 15 - 18 Business Days for Stitched Orders. You will receive a verifying Text message and/or a confirmatory email will be sent from our team upon placing your order.
For International orders shipping charges will be calculated based on the destination and the weight of your shipment. Before we dispatch your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to prevent any delays. Please note, credit card processing can take up to three business days depending on the accuracy of the information provided by the customer.The standard delivery time for International orders is 10 - 12 Working Days (Unstitched orders) and 20 -22 Working Days (Stitched Orders).
Once your order has been shipped, a unique tracking number will be sent to your email address. You can track your order by clicking on the link provided in the email. All deliveries must be signed for. Ensure someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 09:00am to 06:00pm, or provide a business address.
Occasionally stock levels are not up to date on the Online Store, this means items may not be available at the time of purchase. The likelihood of this occurring is extremely rare. If this occurs to an item in your order, you will be notified by our customer service expert via email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or a complete refund.
